By accessing or using drops.codes ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
drops.codes provides file hosting, sharing, and distribution services. Files uploaded to the Service may be shared via unique links and may be protected with passwords, expiry dates, view limits, and download limits as configured by the user.
You may use the Service without registering an account. To access additional features (such as Pro or Team plans), you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to upload, share, or distribute:
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these restrictions.
Storage limits are determined by your subscription plan. Files that exceed their configured expiry date, view limit, or download limit will become inaccessible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any file.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
You retain full ownership of all files you upload. We do not claim any rights over your content. By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and serve that content as part of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, drops.codes and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
